Cheap compact capacity 30kg portable permanent magnetic lifter

 Application:

Portable magnetic lifter is a handy magnetic tool for lifting and
handling usage. It is easy to operate, small in size and durable
for lifecycle that used very conveniently. It is appropriate for
small iron workpieces’ carrying in short distance and the small
steel products’ separating.

Operation instruction:

Portable magnetic lifters adopt naturally opening magnetic circuit and start to function when placed on iron workpiece.
Drawing A shows its status in normal working condition.When the operator wants to release it, just turn it anticlockwise following the drawing.

The bulge part of handle will exceed bottom surface graduly till to certain distance. When the handle is turned to the position as Drawing B that the handle bulge part will be maximal exceed bottom surface. Then the bottom of lifter will be raised in that direction by the support of handle  bulage and lining plate. Then the operate can remove the portable magnetic lifter from the iron workpiece swiftly.

Notices and cautions:

1. Make sure the bottom of portable magnetic lifter is clean
without any iron scrap.
2. The contacting surface of iron workpiece to be lifted should
be flat that can be closely contacted with lifter’s bottom surface.
3. Take it in body’s one side when use it to carry workpiece and
avoid any bumping to the surroundings.
4. Keep it with anti-rust oil on bottom when it is not use for long
time.
